1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Hosterina subscription at any time by logging into your client portal or by contacting our support team at support@hosterina.com.
- Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting: Cancellations can be made anytime. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: These services are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Domain Registrations/Transfers: Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.
2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on our Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans.
Eligibility:
- The refund request must be made within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Only first-time customers are eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
- Add-ons, domain names, SSL certificates, and setup fees are not included in the refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
No refunds will be provided:
- After the 30-day refund period.
- If you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- For renewals, upgrades, or bulk orders.
- If a service has been suspended or terminated due to abuse.
4. How to Request a Refund

Hosterina reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
